Business in Kuwait

It seems to me that the country needs to be encouraging people to do their own businesses rather than discouraging them. The Ministry of Commerce puts so many obstacles in the way of small business that they actual allow and encourage big business to control everything!

People! Stop making it so difficult for small businessmen and women and you will find that people begin to thrive!!!
